There are no records on file at the DOB for this property. A three-story frame Colonial-style building with brick veneer and a vaguely Arts-and-Crafts porch. The asymmetrical house, with a side gable as well as a small gable facing the front is laid in common bond. The most prominent feature is the porch at the entryway, and an enclosed sunroom with a shed profile. Rectangular windows have wooden shutters.
