There are no DOB records on file for this property. This three-story Tudor-style frame building is currently faced with vinyl siding. It features a complex roofline with two gables facing the street embedded in a gable that faces the side. At the third floor are two fanlight windows. The double gable theme is one that appears with some frequency in Addisleigh. Other examples include 114-73 178th Place and 175-47 Murdock Avenue.
