I was a 22 year tenant at Seaport Watch Company and along with 17 others had successful stores until the "NYC EDC Scam" for redevelopment of a redevelopment came along. This whole situation and the ruination of our businesses is criminal and in the end all for nothing. Further, I would like to know how the Seaport "Has no debt" after we were told and billed for 25 years with Rouse and GGP telling us there was no money for Marketing or maintainance etc. Sounds like they use the same accounting firm as Madoff. CB1 is no better, they never helped us, but worked against us and now have nothing to show. Go for Julie Menin "ms. City Council candidate. We sued Rouse and GGP and we are still here fighting that injustice. We will now face the new owners, bring them on.
