Douglaston Hill

Thirty-one single-family, wood frame homes in a park-like setting make up this district. They were built between 1890 and 1930, designed in a variety of architectural styles including Queen Anne, Shingle, Arts and Crafts, and Colonial and Tudor Revival. Designated December 14, 2004.
