This afternoon,  the City Council Subcommittee on Landmarks, Public Siting & Maritime Usage voted 4 (Halloran, Lander, Sanders, Williams) to 1 (Mendez) to deny the Landmark designation of the Hardenbrook Somarindyck House at 135 Bowery.
