Brooklyn Heights Association’s Landmark House & Garden Tour
Saturday, May 8th, 2010
Celebrate the Brooklyn Heights Historic District (NYC’s first historic district, designated in 1965) on this once-a-year tour of five private homes and gardens.
Single tickets include the self-guided tour along with a post-tour reception in the arcade of the historic Plymouth Church. Sip tea and lemonade and nibble on homemade cookies while listening to the sweet sounds of a trio of the Brooklyn Symphony orchestra (reception hours: 3PM to 5 PM).
The experience culminates with docent led tours of the Plymouth Church sanctuary at 3:30PM and 4:30PM.
