Come hear from one of the lead agencies that oversees commercial development, and learn more about two of their public/private initiatives that impact neighborhood character: Business Improvement Districts and the Avenue NYC program. Both of these initiatives work to deliver supplemental services to commercial districts including sanitation, signage, business recruitment, real estate development, marketing and capital improvements to encourage business growth.
