Kudos to BP Marty’s letters as of late (spring/summer) and kudos for Charles Hack for covering his “behind the scenes” efforts by BP’s office that have helped us through the rezoning and the subsequent BSA hearings. No special preference on the BSA (as per “told” needed neutrality), but lots in dealing with the DOB and in light of new Architect/engineer self certification developments. Special thanks to Richard Bearak, of the BP’s office, for all his wisdom and support along with CB7 and all our local (and not so) elected officials.
