    Our community group Citizens for the Preservation of Windsor Terrace, are opposed to the mayor’s rezoning proposals since they will not produce true affordability and will ultimately destroy the character of neighborhoods in all five boroughs.It will also negate community input regarding future land use issues.Patricia Maliha and Monica Frizell, Co chairs, Citizens for the Preservation of Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn.
