Only a few spaces left! Reserve today! Join Richard Simpson, historian of the Moravian Cemetery , on a tour of this beautiful burial ground. Established in 1740 by the Moravian Church , this cemetery grew from 5 to 114 acres through the generosity of the Vanderbilt and Dongan (first Governor of New York) families. The landscaped grounds include two fresh water lakes and three bridges and is the final resting place for such luminaries as John Merven Carrèrre, Alice Austin and John Louis O’Sullivan.
