NEWS: 1 Year Anniversary of South Slope Rezoning

A big ol’ HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to everyone as today is our first anniversary of the rezoning of the South Park Slope ULURP passed a year ago today at approx.2:15pm by the NY City Council.

And a bigger THANK YOU again to all the groups, individuals, elected officials Community Board 7, our press/media/bloggers and YOU who made this happen.

I can say Mic and I have never felt prouder of our neighborhood’s combined efforts a year ago today in City Council chambers when the vote was unanimously YES to our rezoning!

Here’s to remembering our BSA battles, won and lost and to the ongoing watchdogging of our ever growing neighborhoods.

As always, onwards!
