By the City / For the City: A Call to Action
How would you design a better New York City? From now through April 30th, the Institute for Urban Design is asking New Yorkers where the greatest opportunities are for improvement in their neighborhoods, and in May we’ll stage an international design competition based on the results. We’re looking for ideas that address sites and situations across the five boroughs: from local issues like parks and streetscapes all the way up to citywide challenges like transportation and pollution.
