Designated: October 19, 2004
This house was built in between 1905 and 1906. Its structure, made of amorphous cobblestone, is one of its most distinguishable characteristics. The gray stones of the walls were not cut, shaped or sized. In 2004, this house became a City Landmark, and the Landmarks Preservation Commission highlighted the combination of features associated with both the Colonial Revival and the Arts and Crafts movement.
