This house was built in 1870 in Clarenceville by Daniel Eldridge. At that time little development had taken place in the area. In 1867 and 1869, Daniel Eldridge purchased six lots to promote developments. The Daniel and Abbie B. Eldridge House has the style of an Italianate-style villa.
