This building is an exceptional handsome buiIding designed in a modified version of the neo-ltalian Reneissance style. The extensive and imaginative use of molded terra cotta on the facade was innovative when the building was constructed. The ornament is especially Interesting for its series of portrait busts depicting famous physicians and scientists.
