Loew’s Valencia Theatre

Designated May 29, 1990

This theatre opened its doors in 1929 to serve the populations outside Times Square. Its terra-cotta façade was inspired by Spanish and Mexican architecture of the Baroque period, which, among other features, include terra-cotta pilasters and floral swags.
