This brick Italianate mansion with stucco and stone trim was erected in 1853 for C.K. Hamilton. Two-and-one-half stories high, the house features a rectangular floor plan with a short gabled wing projecting from the southwestern corner, accented by round-arched windows. Dominating the main structure is the imposing hipped roof with generous overhang, supported by paired brackets.
