These districts are generally regarded as the most elaborate and eclectic collection of row houses in the city. These late 19th-century homes draw inspiration for Romanesque, Renaissance, Elizabethan, and Francoise I Revival styles. Eight large apartment buildings also in the districts, they were constructed between 1911 and 1931. They were designed in style and materials to harmonize with the row houses.

Upper West Side
The Upper West Side is located along the western side of Central Park from 59th Street to 110th Street. The Upper West Side has several Historic Districts and Individual Landmarks.
