HDC held a Greenpoint tour back in July during the terrible heat wave and the tour was sold out and everyone left happy! As a result of that great success we decided to have another one. Greenpoint is a beautifully diverse neighborhood full of wooden houses, apartment and flats buildings, warehouses and brick and brownstone rowhouses, and several styles of churches.
