Primarily residential, this district features houses in Renaissance and Romanesque Revival designed by Warren C. Dickerson between 1897 and 1900. They are set back from the street with fenced-in gardens giving the area a sense of openness. Designated July 8, 1980 and extended February 8, 1983.
