Brooklyn Landmarks- Albemarle Kenmore Terrace

 ALBEMARLE KENMORE TERRACE

Two quiet, residential courts designed by Slee & Bryson and built between 1916 and 1920 are featured in this district. Albemarle Terrace is made up of Federal Revival brick houses, set back from the street with small gardens. Kenmore Terrrace also has Federal Revival brick houses, but these include garages in their ground floors, a nod to the increasing popularity of the automobile. Designated July 11, 1978.
