Hamilton Heights-Sugar Hill Northeast and Northwest Historic Districts

Hamilton Heights/Sugar Hill Northeast thirty-two buildings most of which are apartment houses constructed between 1905 and 1930. Two attached single-family residences are also included in the district built in the mid-1880s. Designated October 23, 2001

Hamilton Heights/Sugar Hill Northwest Historic District includes approximately 97 buildings. The district contains 62 rowhouses built between 1881 and 1898, in several different styles including Neo-Grec, Queen Anne, Neo-Renaissance, and Beaux-Arts. There is also one freestanding mansion, dating from 1887. Designated June 18, 2002
