In-Person Indoor Tour
Bushwick, Brooklyn

Join Bushwick Historic Preservation Association, DXA and HDC for a tour of the landmarked Ulmer Brewery. Designed by Brooklyn architect Theobald Engelhardt as part of a larger beer brewing complex in 1885, this building operated as a functional brewery until the 1920s. Learn how DXA Studios is adapting the building into a 40,000 square foot mixed use space to bring this landmarked building back to life.

Logistics:

  • This tour lasts 1 hour and will be offered at two times: 5 – 6PM and 6:15 – 7:15PM
  • This is an active construction site. Participants must sign a waiver and wear closed-toe shoes to enter the building.
  • This building is not wheelchair accessible.

General Admission $15

All proceeds support the partnership between HDC and BHPA and their work to preserve Bushwick’s history, culture, and architecture.
