The proposed Crown Heights North Historic District consists of the properties bounded by a line beginning at the southeast corner of Bedford Avenue (aka Grant Square) and Pacific Street, extending southerly along the eastern curbline of Bedford Avenue (Grant Square), continuing southerly across Dean Street to the point formed by its intersection with a line extending westerly from the southern property line of 19-29 Grant Square (aka 19-29 Rogers Avenue, 1353-1363 Bedford Avenue, and 1122 Dean Street), eastward along the southern property lines of 19-29 Grant Square and 1136 to 1144 Dean
