Part three of our Women’s History Month series. GVSHP’s Preservation Oral History Project features oral histories from many of the influential women of the preservation movement, including Margot Gayle, Verna Small and Jane Jacobs. This salute features selections from their oral histories that explore their experiences and their passion for preservation in their own words, with a keynote lecture by Roberta Brandes Gratz on Jane Jacobs. For one night only, commemorate the movement, hear their memories and explore the importance of all that was accomplished through the words of these amazing women.
