Monday Morning Coffee Talk: Understanding the NYC City Planning Department

 Confused about what the Department of City Planning does and does not regulate? Ever wonder where rezoning proposals come from? This Coffee Talk will feature Ellen Ryan, the agency’s director of governmental affairs, who will answer these questions and more! May’s guest will present an overview of the agency’s responsibilities and will guide attendees on how to testify at public hearings and work with the Commission and its five borough offices.
