With DOB’s latest submission for 614 7th Ave., we’re looking real fine on Sept 12. Echoing their statement at the BSA, DOB’s attorney restated that the new “mystery plans” produced by the applicant’s attorneys are bogus and the conduct questionable since a PAA (post approval ammendment needed to change plans) was never filed, plans/microfilm never turned over and fees never paid.
