NEWS: Courier-Life Publications – Minerva And Lady Liberty to Remain In Sight – BSA Rejects 7th Avenue Development

Late nite update from the Park Slope Courier…

Obviously Charles Hack got a hold of the final BSA written decision faster than we did…you go Charles! Solid article, too many quotes from me (stated humbly, of course) but damn if we (Mic and I) aren’t pleased as punch with Charles’ take on the final decision…and the final WRITTEN decision.

The BSA SLAMS the applicant on all 8 of their “opinions.” Darn good reading if you want to feel fulfilled after a long day’s, heck, 8 month’s work.

This article and decision (which we can fax to anyone who would like to read all 11 pages) should make everyone in and around the case—from CB7 members, to community activists, to people who just said “heck no”—feel proud that we won the fight.
