Originally established as a window-front display only museum in 2002 at the corner of Grand and Havemeyer Sts, The City Reliquary Museum & Civic Organization moved into its present location at 370 Metropolitan Avenue in 2006 and is committed to plan and host public events, which provide neighbors and visitors with a place to meet, exchange ideas, and celebrate
the diversity of our community.

WPA is a neighborhood-based organization that has been working for the past year to identify and designate historic structures in north Brooklyn. Greenpoint & Williamsburg are undergoing major changes that will dramatically change the face of our neighborhoods. As we move forward into the future of Greenpoint & Williamsburg, our aim is to ensure that vital connections to the past are retained, through the preservation, reuse and rehabilitation of the historic buildings that define the character of our neighborhood.
