Request for Evaluation Masterlist

HDC works with our Community Partners to create Requests for Evaluations to the Landmarks Preservation Commission for both individual landmarks and historic districts.

An RFE is a formal request to the Landmarks Preservation Commission with information on a specific building, neighborhood, interior or scenic area that could potentially merit consideration as landmarks, historic districts, interior landmarks or scenic landmarks.

Here are the RFEs we have compiled since 2025, to be used for research, education or advocacy purposes.
